Capoeira Angola is an Afro-Brazilian cultural art form that combines elements of dance, music, acrobatics, and martial arts. It's an art that focuses on bringing people together in a practice that is playful, intense, and spiritual.

 

Maomé has been a practitioner of Capoeira Angola for over a decade under the instruction and supervision of Professor Avi and Mestre Cabello.

He has taught Capoeira Angola at Northern Arizona University and local high schools.

Join us on Wednesdays, at the Rec Room at Posse Grounds from 5:30-7pm.

and on Fridays at Sun Moon Studio, Sedona from 5:45-7pm.
