“Mo is a great trainer! I've worked with him for several years and can’t say I would want to work with anyone else. His strength training will kick your ass but help you meet the goals you want. And as someone who was intimidated working out in a gym setting, he was great about thoroughly explaining exercises and breaking down form, so that I felt confident to be able to work out and not look like a ding dong. But what I really appreciated most is his knowledge of movement quality. He knows how to break down movements into manageable progressions and takes great care to prevent injury by ensuring I am moving safely and with proper body mechanics. I mention a lot of movements that I would want to be able to do but see as unattainable, but he always finds a way to build up to them from where I’m at. And when I feel like I’ve plateaued with certain movements he analyzes my form and always pinpoints where the mental/physical blockage are and what exercises to then do to break through them.
