Modern sedentary lifestyles can lock up our bodies, reduce strength, and mobility. It can cause unhealthy weight gain, which causes pains and ailments that bring down our quality of life.
We transitioned from hunter-gatherer societies to hunching over our phones and sitting down. My method aims to combat those ailments by re-educating the body using natural training methods to restore health and vigor to our bodies.
